Nat Cummins (she/they) is a Berlin-based artist manager, music consultant, and founder of Red Tape Music.
With over 15 years of experience spanning EMI Records, Ministry of Sound, SoundCloud, and independent artist management, Nat has worked across copyright, licensing, artist development, release strategy, touring, and business affairs at multiple levels of the music industry.
Through Red Tape Music and their educational platform Unlabelled, Nat focuses on helping independent artists build sustainable careers outside traditional industry models through transparent, practical, artist-first guidance.
Nat regularly speaks on release strategy, streaming economics, DIY infrastructure, artist development, neurodiversity in creative industries, and the realities of navigating today’s independent music ecosystem.
